I initially came up with this treatment after helping a friend shoot footage of El Masri’s arraignment at the circuit court in Richmond. Alas, by the time El Masri’s case wended through the courts, Frontline came out with an amazing episode on Bush’s rendition policy that covered the story only the way Frontline can.
